Lead Geo-environmental Consultant – London
Whitby Wood is seeking a Lead Geo-environmental Consultant to join our interdisciplinary office in London, to lead and grow our geo-environmental engineering service.
You’ll have the backing of an established structural, civil and geotechnical team, and the freedom to shape the service around your expertise. We look for great communicators who combine practical problem-solving with technical excellence. The role
You will lead contaminated land assessments and remediation strategies from Phase 1 through to verification, acting as the go-to technical voice for clients, regulators and multi-disciplinary project teams. About you
You’re a naturally engaging person who enjoys working with others. You build rapport quickly, bring energy to project teams, and are just as comfortable collaborating with structural, civil and geotechnical engineers, architects and other consultants as you are leading a client meeting or a discussion with a regulator. You listen well, share your knowledge generously, and see strong relationships as central to great project outcomes.
