Ensure customers satisfaction by producing high-quality products and perfect packaging for in-store and delivery customers

Ensure no ‘reject’ products are served or displayed

Gain knowledge of the characteristics of our food and coffee

Follow the Food Safety and Health & Safety standards

Create an inviting, clean shop environment

Carry out the Floor Organiser (FO) duties when required

Complete duties diligently

Report any risks or hazards to the Manager immediately

Ensure the equipment is well always maintained

Complete all training requirements

Ensure How to Cards are used and followed consistently to deliver Pret standards

Learn the skills to support the Key Roles with hot food production and Barista Prepared Drinks
