Want to join a team of passionate people who want to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer?

About us

Skin Analytics is an award-winning, health tech company that deploys world-leading skin cancer pathways using AI as a medical device, DERM.

Following our recent £15M series B funding, regulatory milestones hit, and doubling from 50 to 100 headcount in 2025, we're ready to scale further internationally, making history for AI in healthcare and the future of dermatology.

We're proud to epitomise AI for good - with a Class III CE mark, DERM is the only AI as a medical device approved to make clinical decisions autonomously in the cancer space, as well as being the first company to receive a NICE recommendation for use across the NHS.*

DERM is deployed at more than 28 NHS organisations where we enable patients to gain significantly quicker access to skin cancer diagnosis. If that's not enough, we also collaborate with some of the largest health insurers to reach patients in their own homes.

We are a team of passionate people on a mission to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer.

We are seeking a Junior Support Agent to join our team and provide essential operational support to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of sending and receiving kits to and from patients, as well as providing administrative support to the client operations team. This entry-level position in our Client Operations Team offers valuable hands-on experience and growth opportunities within our organization.

The role reports to our Client Operations Lead and is based in our office in Farringdon, London (9am - 6pm).

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily process of receiving skin check kits from patients, cleaning them, and sending out new kits to patients.
  • Providing support to customers and team members, addressing hardware queries, offering technical assistance, and handling complaints within our quality management policies.
  • Taking ownership of managing the overdue hardware process, new client hardware builds, and conducting inventory stock counts.
  • Collaborating with other members of the Client Operations Team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Some experience of working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to react positively to changing priorities. Speed is key.
  • Attention to detail. These products affect patients' experience directly.
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide support and assistance to customers and team members.
  • Basic technical knowledge and ability to address hardware queries and provide technical assistance.
  • The initiative to identify tasks that need to be completed.
  • Collaborative and adaptable nature to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Right to work in the UK

Note: This role welcomes individuals with diverse backgrounds, including customer support, retail, operations, or tech support. This role is also open to candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organisation, regardless of specific background, as training will be provided.
