We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded individual to join our International Healthcare team in London. The team specializes in placing liability insurance programs for businesses with operations in Israel, working closely with leading insurers across the London Market.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain exposure to international business, develop strong commercial and analytical skills, and build a long-term career in insurance broking.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior brokers in the placement and servicing of casualty and healthcare liability insurance programs.
- Prepare client presentations, renewal reports, and market submissions.
- Liaise with underwriters and insurers to negotiate quotations and policy terms.
- Assist in managing client relationships and responding to day-to-day enquiries.
- Coordinate policy documentation, endorsements, and renewal processes.
- Conduct market research and assist in identifying suitable insurance solutions for clients.
- Work closely with colleagues, insurers, and clients across the UK, Europe, and Israel.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English and Hebrew (written and spoken) – essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in insurance is beneficial but not required.
