Internships with Koto

You are either considering or beginning a branding career. You have a small portfolio of work and big ambitions. No experience or education required.

Your Responsibilities

• You are learning about the importance of ideas and how to generate them.
• You spend your days designing and are actively improving your craft.
• You support, study and learn from the team around you as a matter of necessity.
• You demonstrate a relentless interest in the studio are proactive, and look to support the team however you can.
• You have a willingness to work in person in our London studio, and are able to attend both work and meetings on time.

Our Responsibilities

• We will ensure you are given meaningful feedback throughout your internship to support your personal development and professional development.
• We will ensure you are engaged with the realities of the agency, doing the same work we do.
• We will ensure you have frequent access to our team, and opportunities to learn from them where possible.
• We ensure Koto is an equal environment for all its employees.
• We pay our interns £592.00 per week.
