International Strategic Planning Director

The role

As our Strategic Planning Director, you’ll translate complex brand and business challenges into clear, actionable communication activities. You’ll lead the creation of work from end‑to‑end—from brief, to audience insight to communications strategy through to activation and measurement—working with a team of specialists to ensure our work creates commercial impact for our clients.

What you’ll do

Partner with global and regional stakeholders to define clear strategic direction in response to client briefs

Create integrated communication frameworks across brand, performance and always-on activity

Build global audience and journey frameworks using data, research and cultural insight

Translate strategy into precise, platform-ready plans and digital activation with clear measurement

Identify opportunities to innovate in data application, emerging technology, media formats and partnerships

Turn data into compelling narratives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Coach and collaborate, elevating planning excellence across the network

What you’ll bring

Significant agency experience with global clients

Strong expertise in audience strategy, journey planning and digital activation

Proven ability to deliver clear, compelling strategic recommendations

Fluency across platforms, tools and measurement approaches

A collaborative, curious mindset with strong emotional intelligence

Experience leading cross-market strategy with sensitivity to cultural nuance
