We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Finance team for a 6-month internship. You will gain hands-on exposure to financial operations in a global sports organization, working across travel expense management, financial analytics reporting expansion, and a cash flow system implementation project. This is a unique opportunity to develop practical finance skills in a fast-paced, international sports environment.

Travel Expense Reporting

  • Support the review and processing of employee travel expense reports submitted through Concur, ensuring compliance with ATP’s travel and expense policy.
  • Assist with reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions and follow up on missing receipts or policy exceptions.
  • Help identify trends and common errors in expense submissions and propose process improvements.
  • Prepare periodic summaries and exception reports for the Finance team and relevant stakeholders.

Financial Analytics & Dashboards

  • Build and maintain dashboards in DataRails to expand the team’s reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Assist in automating routine reporting tasks, reducing reliance on manual spreadsheet work.
  • Support variance analysis by developing visual reports that compare actuals against budget and forecast.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to identify new KPIs and metrics that drive business insight.

Cash Flow Tool Implementation

  • Assist in the implementation and testing of the new cash flow forecasting tool, supporting data mapping, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Help document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures related to the new tool.
  • Support data extraction and cleansing activities to ensure accurate integration with existing financial systems (NetSuite).
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to status reporting and issue tracking.
  • Currently enrolled in a university degree programme in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, advance formulas); experience with data visualisation tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Interest in the sports industry, financial systems, or data analytics.
