Who You’ll Work With:

You will join AllianceBernstein’s Client Group as part of the EMEA Insurance and Global Financial Institutions (GFI) Team, supporting a diverse client base of insurance companies, financial institutions, and prospective clients across the EMEA region. The team consists of Client Directors, Client Managers, and Associates who work closely with a broad network of internal partners across the firm. In this role, you will support the day-to-day activities of the Insurance and GFI teams, gaining exposure to both client servicing and business development initiatives while working alongside experienced relationship managers and associates.

What You’ll Do:

As a trainee within the Client Group, you will support the team's day-to-day activities while building a strong foundation in investment management and client relationship management. Your responsibilities will include assisting with client servicing requests, preparing presentations and meeting materials, coordinating reporting requirements, supporting client reviews and events, and helping with business development and prospecting activities. You will also contribute to project coordination, pipeline tracking, market intelligence, and data gathering initiatives. In addition, you will provide administrative support, including the production of team reports and maintaining accurate records within the firm's Client Relationship Management system (Salesforce). Throughout the role, you will collaborate closely with teams across Product Strategy, Investments, Performance, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and other business partners.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a motivated and curious individual with a strong interest in financial services, ideally someone who has recently completed A-levels or BTECs. You should be a strong team player who is equally comfortable working independently, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and the ability to analyse and summarise information are essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to develop within the investment management industry. An interest in client relationship management, business development, and financial markets will be highly beneficial.
