Identity Management Officer

As an Identity Management Officer at Heathrow, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the airport’s security and ensuring seamless access for thousands of colleagues and partners. This is a key role in ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and protecting the systems that keep Heathrow operating safely and efficiently. Your contribution underpins the trust and safety of our operations, helping us deliver a world-class experience for millions of passengers every year.

Working within the Security and Compliance team, you will collaborate closely with operational units, technology teams, and external partners to manage identity verification and access control systems. Success in this role means delivering accurate identity management processes, minimising security risks, and continuously improving workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
