Our TCO HR Advisor supports the UKI & Nordics HR team in delivering a high-quality, employee-centred HR service across Employee Relations, Onboarding, Engagement and People Development. This role partners closely with Retail, Corporate, and the Europe Centers of excellence, acting as a trusted advisor to managers on day-to-day people matters and HR processes.

The HR Advisor provides operational HR support while contributing to key projects, data insights and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships across the business.

The HR Advisor will act as a trusted partner to the Store Managers, Retail and Corporate teams; ensuring that managers are coached on all people, talent and culture topics. This role is a true balance of ensuring operational excellence and strategic creativity.

Talent & Culture Management

  • Proactively drive our employee engagement Calander and initiatives
  • Coordinate training sessions, development programmes and learning initiatives in partnership with the Learning Team.
  • Support managers in defining development plans and identifying growth opportunities for team members.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including survey coordination, analysis and follow-up action planning.

Onboarding

  • Draft contracts, amendment letters and references, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless and engaging new-hire experience.
  • Support proactive talent sourcing through professional networks and market research.

Employee Relations

  • Provide first-line guidance to managers on ER processes, policies and best practice, escalating complex matters to the HR Manager and ER Manager as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular HR store visits across the UKI to maintain strong relationships with Store Managers.
  • Support ER casework through accurate note-taking, documentation management and ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Maintain awareness of employment legislation changes and support communication of updates across the business.

Hr Operations & Administration

  • Manage HRIS updates for joiners, leavers, probation tracking and employee changes.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and benefits administration with the Payroll & Benefits Partner.
  • Handle general HR enquiries, ensuring timely, accurate and employee-focused responses.
  • Support HR communications including newsletters, announcements and policy updates.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to people, culture and leadership projects, supporting planning, coordination and delivery.
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting and insights to support decision-making and identify trends.
  • Support DEIB and CSR initiatives aligned with cluster and EMEA priorities.

Your Profile

  • You bring strong HR advisory experience, having previously owned and taken direct accountability for a dedicated client group in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a solid, working knowledge of UK employment legislation and a proactive, innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Your background ideally includes hands-on experience within a retail or consumer-facing setting, and you are energized by spending regular time engaging with teams on the ground.
  • You combine commercial awareness and data literacy with exceptional communication skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders and build trusted, cross-functional relationships at all levels.
  • You lead with high integrity, inspiring and motivating others while bringing strong project management capabilities to your work.
