Job Description

  • Manage and maintain two Executive Floors, ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standards at all times. Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance, housekeeping, facilities, and service-related issues with the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Act as the primary host for Executive Directors' visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience, coordinating hospitality requirements, and ensuring guests receive exceptional levels of service throughout their visit.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and hospitality requests using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring rooms are allocated appropriately, schedules are maintained accurately, and any changes are communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Deliver and supervise fine dining hospitality services for Executive Directors, VIP guests, and corporate visitors, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, etiquette, and service are maintained at all times.
  • Play an integral role in the successful delivery of events across the site
  • To monitor daily, the standards achieved in your department and report to your line managers any areas of concerns.
  • To liaise with key people in all necessary areas (kitchen, events, Cafe, etc…) of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards pre-agreed.
  • To ensure in house accounting policies are adhered to and monitor food and beverage control, including performing stock take.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, catering, events, or food & beverage supervision.
  • Strong fine dining and silver service experience, with a thorough understanding of hospitality etiquette and VIP guest service.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, board members, and high-profile visitors.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, including meeting room scheduling and calendar management.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.
