Role Overview

Head of Corporate Learning and Education | London | Office-based 5 days per week |

As Fresha continues to scale globally, we’re looking for a Head of Corporate Learning and Education to build our company-wide learning function from the ground up.

You’ll design the frameworks, curriculums and systems that help every Fresha employee build the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. From new joiner onboarding and role-specific learning pathways to product education and career development, you’ll create a scalable learning infrastructure that grows with the business.

Working closely with leaders across Product, Commercial, Engineering, Customer Support, People and our wider global organisation, you’ll turn knowledge into structured learning experiences and ensure our teams stay educated as Fresha continues to evolve.

What You’ll Do

• Build Fresha’s Learning Framework: Design and own our global learning strategy, governance and standards, creating a scalable foundation for how employees learn and develop across the business.
• Create Role-Specific Curriculums: Build structured learning pathways across teams including Commercial, Product & Engineering, Customer Support, People and Finance, tailoring content and specialisations to each function.
• Own New Joiner Learning: Design and continuously improve Fresha’s onboarding and induction learning journey so employees have the knowledge and context they need from day one.
• Lead Product Education: Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing to create learning programmes around new releases, product updates and platform changes, keeping teams current as Fresha evolves.
• Turn Knowledge into Scalable Learning: Work with department leaders and subject matter experts to capture internal expertise, best practice and tribal knowledge and convert it into structured, engaging learning content.
• Build the Learning Technology Stack: Select, implement and manage the Learning Management Systems and tools required to deliver, track and scale learning globally.
• Measure Learning Impact: Define KPIs across completion, knowledge retention, behavioural change and business outcomes, using data to continuously improve programmes and demonstrate impact.
• Connect Learning to Career Growth: Partner with the People Team to build skills frameworks and career pathways that connect employee development with progression opportunities.
• Build and Lead the Function: Hire, develop and coach a high-performing team of learning and instructional design professionals as the function scales.

What We're Looking For:

• Learning & Development Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading Corporate Education or Enablement within a fast-paced SaaS, technology or digital marketplace business.
• Framework Builder: A proven track record of designing and implementing learning frameworks, curricula and learning pathways across multiple functions and levels of seniority.
• Product Education Experience: Strong experience partnering with Product teams to translate new features, product changes and complex information into effective employee learning.
• Instructional Design Expertise: Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how to create engaging programmes that drive knowledge retention and behavioural change.
• Learning Technology Experience: Confident evaluating, implementing and managing Learning Management Systems and modern learning tools.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable defining learning KPIs, measuring programme effectiveness and using data to guide learning investment and improvement.
• Senior Stakeholder Influence: Strong ability to partner with and influence senior leaders while building effective relationships across multiple functions.
• Leadership & Coaching: Experience building or leading teams, developing others and maintaining a high bar for learning quality.
• Builder Mentality: Highly proactive, comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the opportunity to create something from the ground up rather than inherit an established function.
• High Ownership: A hands-on self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, solves problems creatively and is willing to roll up their sleeves to deliver.
