As Head Door Supervisor, you’ll lead the door team at an exciting new venue near London’s Tower Bridge. You’ll set the standard for a professional welcome, oversee safe and efficient entry, and support your team in handling any issues calmly and confidently. Your leadership will help create a safe, welcoming experience for every guest.
Requirements
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Previous door supervision or venue security experience — essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence handling challenging situations professionally
- Reliability, good presentation and the ability to work as part of a team
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
