Guest Services Assistant

We’re now hiring a Guest Services Assistant to help shape the Staycity guest journey.

The successful candidate will be passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience, working in an integrated Front of House role across Reception, Bar and Breakfast. They will take pride in keeping their environment welcoming, organised and always focused on the guest, while bringing energy and personality to every interaction.

They will bring curiosity to the role, always looking for ways to improve what we do every day and enhance the guest experience, while being part of one of Europe’s fastest-growing aparthotel brands.

We would love you to have:

• Previous experience working in a similar property is helpful but not a “must have” as full training will be provided
• Prior experience using Opera is helpful but not a “must have” as full training will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
