Your Job

• You are the primary point of contact for guests regarding questions, requests, and complaints
• You ensure a positive guest journey from first contact to departure
• You handle and respond to online reviews
• You will collaborate closely with housekeeping, F&B, and events teams
• You organise and support guest events & community activities
• You make sure to uphold quality and service standards

Your Profile

• You have strong communication skills and a genuine service mindset
• You are friendly, have an open personality with a passion for working with international guests
• Working in a team comes easy to you
• You have strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
• You are resilient and flexible including willingness to work shifts, also weekends and public holidays
• You have solution-oriented thinking and solid complaint management skills
• Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
