Group Digital Learning Manager

We are recruiting for as Group Digital Learning and Systems Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming how learning is delivered across Kingfisher. Within this role you'll own our global digital learning strategy, leading platforms, content and innovation that enable 80,000 colleagues to build their skills and achieve their potential. Combining people leadership, stakeholder influence and learning technology expertise, you'll drive impactful learning experiences, shape our digital roadmap, and help create a culture of continuous development across the Group.

What's the job?

• Lead the strategy, development and continuous improvement of Kingfisher's global digital learning ecosystem, including Cornerstone, Elucidat, LinkedIn Learning, Vyond and Content on Demand, ensuring an engaging and effective learner experience for over 80,000 colleagues.
• Manage and develop a team of learning designers, driving the creation, governance and quality of digital learning content while ensuring alignment to business needs, learning standards and local legislative requirements.
• Own the end-to-end delivery and ongoing management of performance management processes and systems globally, including annual review cycles, calibration activities and French legislative requirements.
• Drive innovation through the evaluation and adoption of new learning technologies, delivering against the digital learning roadmap to enhance capability, performance and operational efficiency.
• Partner with local and global stakeholders to identify learning needs, shape impactful digital solutions and build capability across Learning & Development teams through expert guidance and support.
• Lead digital learning planning, reporting and governance activities, including roadmap delivery, budget and capacity management, performance measurement, compliance audits and data-driven continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience in learning technology and digital learning, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), eLearning authoring tools and content platforms, with experience leading system implementations highly desirable.
• Strong technical expertise in digital learning technologies and content standards, including SCORM, Adobe, Elucidat and Vyond, alongside hands-on experience managing and optimising learning platforms, ideally Cornerstone.
• Proven experience designing and delivering engaging digital learning solutions, translating business and learner needs into effective, high-quality digital experiences.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing teams, managing suppliers and budgets, and delivering complex projects and programmes across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability, with the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across global teams, functions and seniority levels.
• Highly analytical and organised, with experience using learning data, reporting and system integrations to measure impact, drive continuous improvement and maintain an effective learning technology ecosystem.
