As the largest team within the Ipsos Healthcare service line, our 100-strong Custom team specialises in ad-hoc market research projects for a diverse range of pharmaceutical companies.
We are structured into two dedicated teams:
- General Medicine & Wellness: Focusing on the healthcare choices and experiences that shape people's everyday lives, from vaccines and consumer wellness to conditions managed in primary careSpecialty: Focusing on complex and specialist therapeutic areas, including oncology, immunology, cardiovascular, renal and rare diseases
- This structure allows us to provide deep expertise to our clients while offering you a chance to build a career in the part of the healthcare and life sciences world that excites you most.
The Role
Our research methodologies encompass both qualitative and quantitative approaches, providing valuable insights from healthcare professionals, patients and consumers alike.
We partner with clients to improve healthcare by turning research, therapeutic expertise, and market insight into smarter decisions.
You will begin with a tailored induction programme designed to introduce you to healthcare market research and build your core research skills.
From the outset, you'll be given real responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to a range of live qualitative and quantitative projects. Working across multiple studies, you'll support project teams with activities such as:
- Designing surveys, discussion guides and other research materials
- Analysing data and identifying meaningful insights
- Creating reports and presentations that bring findings to life
- Collaborating with colleagues and developing your knowledge of healthcare, research and emerging industry trends.

Successful applicants will move on to a cognitive and personality assessment, followed by a virtual interview with one of our talent partners. The final stage will be an in-person assessment centre at our London office on 16th September and we are looking for candidates to start on November 2nd
