Overview

We are hiring an Associate Strategy Director to help shape impactful media strategies for Kellanova’s savoury snacks portfolio. You’ll turn audience, cultural and performance insights into clear strategic recommendations, working closely with client, planning and activation teams to bring them to life. This is an opportunity to develop your strategic leadership on a high-profile client while collaborating with specialists from across Publicis Groupe.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, insight-led media strategies that support Kellanova’s brand and commercial objectives.
  • Translate communications strategy into actionable cross-channel plans alongside planning and activation teams.
  • Support responses to strategic briefs, taking ownership of defined projects and workstreams.
  • Analyse research, campaign results and planning data to identify meaningful insights and opportunities.
  • Create focused presentations that explain the strategic thinking and build confidence in our recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across media, commerce, social, content, data and production to deliver connected consumer experiences.
  • Apply campaign learnings, emerging media behaviours and new planning approaches to strengthen future work.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing media or communications strategies, ideally within an agency or similarly collaborative environment.
  • The ability to turn complex information into clear, practical and persuasive recommendations.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with confidence using research, performance data and media planning tools.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting strategic thinking.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, partners and specialist teams.
  • Curiosity about people, culture and media, and how these influence consumer choices and brand growth.
  • The judgement to manage multiple priorities, seek support when needed and contribute positively as plans evolve
