Are you looking for a new role as Freedom Invoice and Impact Assistant?

You'll be responsible for processing all invoices for Freedom, recording related costs in systems such as Salesforce, supporting the Outreach team through being the expert knowledge point within the team on all Freedom data, providing statistics and researching internal and external information to support our Monitoring and Evaluation framework and Philanthropy teams.

What does this role do?

As Freedom Invoice and Impact Assistant you'll:

• Process invoices for all regions of Freedom Team, including checking, reconciling, coding and data inputting.
• Liaise with external suppliers, primarily external veterinary practices and our finance department to complete payment procedures and resolve invoice queries.
• Work with external suppliers to resolve account queries and payment issues in a timely manner.
• Accurately record all veterinary treatment provided to Freedom foster dogs and other related costs to Salesforce to enable accruing reporting of veterinary treatments.
• Responsible for collating, designing and presenting key statistics and researching internal and external evidence.
• Overseeing all Freedom reporting and data requests, including providing in-depth statistics and information requests for Outreach Senior Management Team.
• Evaluating Freedom information and statistics as part of our Monitoring and Evaluation framework, investigating trends and inconsistencies, highlighting and using this information to make recommendations to Freedom Senior Management team.

Could this be you?

You'll have Significant experience of processing and coding invoices, including resolving invoice discrepancies. Experience of running reports and collating information using databases and CRM systems and experience of working in a busy environment, with the ability to balance the priorities of their own workload alongside supporting the wider team while handling large amounts of sensitive data and producing statistical analysis and reports.

What does this team do?

The Outreach department supports people and dogs in crisis, such as those escaping domestic abuse or experiencing homelessness. These specialist services reduce the need for someone to unnecessarily relinquish or euthanise their dog due to the crisis they may be facing.

They include Freedom, a specialist dog fostering service for people finding freedom from domestic abuse, and Pets and Housing projects that support people and their dogs experiencing homelessness and advocating for people to be accommodated with their pets at all stages of their housing journey.
