In Summer 2027, we will unveil The Marcus, a business club located in Mayfair. It will blend elevated dining, a state-of-the-art wellness centre, beautifully curated meeting and drawing rooms, and exceptional business support — all styled with the unmistakable flair that defines the Robin Birley clubs.

This is an exciting time to join RB Holdings. As we prepare to launch The Marcus in Summer 2027, we are seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Director to lead and shape all food, beverage, and hospitality operations.

The key responsibilities of our F&B Director will be:

• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional standards across restaurants, bars, lounges and private dining spaces.
• Develop and deliver an innovative Food & Beverage strategy that strengthens the Club's reputation and market position.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and operational efficiency through effective financial and commercial management.
• Partner with Culinary, Beverage and Wine teams to curate outstanding dining and hospitality experiences.
• Establish and maintain best-in-class operational standards, ensuring consistency, compliance and quality across all venues.
• Monitor performance across all outlets, identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction, productivity and financial results.
• Build, mentor and develop high-performing management teams, creating a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.

Experience and qualities required to be our F&B Director include:

Experience:

• Significant leadership experience within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs or five-star hotels.
• Proven success leading multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong commercial experience, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
• Experience driving business growth, profitability and operational excellence.

Skills

• Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in revenue growth, profitability, budgeting and financial performance.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including outlet management, service delivery and operational best practice.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance both the member experience and business performance.
• Excellent leadership, influencing and decision-making skills, with a passion for food, beverage and hospitality excellence.
