On-Target Earnings: Up to £58,000 (inclusive of overtime, call-outs, travel pay and bonuses)

Trinity Fire & Security is looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance and technical support across a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.
You will service and maintain a wide range of fire and security systems, ensuring compliance, reliability and exceptional customer service. You'll be supported by dedicated Service Coordinators and Technical Specialists, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding engineering standards.

Systems You'll Work With
Fire Systems: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec and other open-protocol systems.
CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Avigilon.
Intruder Alarms: Galaxy, Texecom.
Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits on fire and security systems.
- Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions.
- Complete minor remedial works and small-scale installations.
- Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and company procedures.
About You
We're looking for a technically capable and customer-focused engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
You will have:
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of relevant British Standards and industry requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
- A strong technical understanding, with a focus on electrical safety.
- The ability to work independently, manage service responsibilities and maintain high engineering standards.
- A full UK driving licence.
