About the Role

We’re very excited to announce the opening of Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers! A new dining destination created in partnership with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, opening this autumn 2026. Set directly on the River Thames in the heart of London’s South Bank, Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers will bring together elevated British dining, exceptional hospitality and panoramic river views. With this, we are looking to add a Waiter/Waitress to the team to really take us to the next level!

As a Waiter/Waitress at Sea Containers London Hotel, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing attentive and efficient service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary options.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable meal.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their dining experience and address any concerns or requests.
• Prepare tables for meals, including setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Process guest payments and provide accurate change or receipts as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
• Assist with other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations of the restaurant or bar.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge (extremely competitive) + benefits
