About the Role:

Client Leadership Executive Director – PepsiCo EMEA

Shape growth for one of the world’s most iconic brands

At OMD EMEA, our PepsiCo regional team partners across Europe to drive business growth and build culturally relevant, high-impact brands. As Client Leadership Executive Director, you’ll lead strategic, cross-market work that influences how PepsiCo connects with audiences across Snacks, Beverages and Nutrition.

What you’ll do

Act as the primary regional contact, building a trusted partnership with senior PepsiCo stakeholders

Lead and orchestrate the delivery of strategic and comms planning projects across EMEA

Shape briefs, define roadmaps and co-create solutions with Strategy and Planning teams

Deliver cross-market playbooks, annual communications strategies, and audience frameworks

Use data, insights and ROI learnings to improve performance and identify growth opportunities

Collaborate across global, regional and local teams to ensure best-in-class output

What you bring

Strong experience in client leadership and communications/media planning

Ability to translate complex challenges into clear, effective strategies

Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

Commercial awareness and confidence managing scope and resourcing

A collaborative mindset with experience leading teams and developing others

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.
