Quant
About Quant
Quant provides programmable money and settlement infrastructure for regulated institutions. Its orchestration layer sits below applications, above ledgers, and across existing financial systems, enabling banks, capital markets firms, and financial institutions to coordinate money and asset flows without replacing their core infrastructure. Quant's technology is deployed in regulator-led programmes with the Bank of England, the European Central Bank, the U.K. Finance Regulated Liability Network, and the Great British Tokenised Deposit (GBTD) network. - Extensive experience supporting a CEO, founder or C-suite executive, ideally within fintech, financial services, payments or a scale-up environment
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-time-zone diaries and international travel for a frequently travelling executive
- Confidence engaging with Board members and senior external stakeholders, ideally including banks, central banks or regulators
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong drafting and minute-taking skills; additional languages (e.g. French, German or Spanish) desirable
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and video-conferencing tools
- Board or company secretarial support experience desirable

Our Shared Values
We have expertise in finance and technology in common but what unites us is our beliefs. We believe in:
Innovation: We love a challenge and have little respect for the status quo. Experience has taught us that problems are a matter of perspective and that, with new ideas and a fresh way of looking at things, solutions often present themselves.
Ambition: The scale of a task won't deter us when we believe it will take us closer to our vision. Every problem is an opportunity. Every obstacle, the chance to take a calculated risk and question assumptions. In short, we're not afraid to think big.
Trust: Fundamental to a prosperous economy, trust also lies at the heart of our company. Indeed, we believe it is the bedrock of a healthy society committed to equality and fairness. We trust each other, we engineer trust into our solutions, and we work hard every day to earn the trust of our clients and partners.
Adaptability: We remain open-minded, objective and flexible at all times. When the facts change, so does our approach. We embrace that agility and encourage all those we work with to do the same.
Respect: We're respectful of the ideas and perspectives of others, we celebrate people's differences and recognise their achievements. We also hold the needs and health of our environment dear. And we have no tolerance for bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.
Please note that as we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position, we are focusing our search initially to candidates who have the right to work and indefinite leave to remain in the United Kingdom.
Technology powers our progress, but people drive our success. While we embrace innovation to enhance efficiency, we believe that true talent deserves a personal connection. Every candidate is thoughtfully reviewed by a member of our team – because finding the right people is more than a process, it's a commitment to our core values.
Updated closing date for applications is 17.00 GMT/18.00 CET on 13th November 2026
Note to Recruitment Businesses – we are focusing our efforts on sourcing direct candidates for this role and so request not to be sent unsolicited CVs and/or enquiries. Should we decide to enlist the support of a Recruitment Partner, we will reach out directly to the Organisations with whom we have an established relationship.
