- Lead on planning and coordination of leadership meetings, board sessions and offsites, including agendas and minute-taking
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Track and follow up on actions arising from executive meetings, ensuring accountability across the leadership team
- Support budget and expense management for the executive office
Experience
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA supporting C-suite or board-level executives
- Experience operating in defence, government, critical infrastructure or another security-conscious sector is strongly preferred
- Track record of managing complex, high-volume diaries and competing priorities under pressure
- Experience coordinating board or leadership meetings, including papers, minutes and action tracking
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with consistent discretion
- Eligibility to obtain UK security clearance (SC level or above)
Skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to represent senior leadership credibly with stakeholders
