We are proud to be a Unicorn company—privately valued at over $1 billion—demonstrating strong growth, innovation, and lasting impact in our industry. Together, we’re shaping the future of workplace communication.

We are looking for a Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing SDR team in London. As an SDR at Staffbase, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth across the UK and Ireland by identifying and qualifying potential enterprise customers.

Your exceptional talent for discovering opportunities, initiating meaningful conversations, and cultivating relationships will be central to how we build and scale our UKI customer base. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create a pipeline of qualified opportunities — setting the stage for successful enterprise deals. We're looking for people who are passionate about over-achieving monthly targets and using smart outbound motions to generate quality pipeline that results in new business.

Important: This is a hybrid role. In-office days in our London (Waterloo) co-working space are Wednesdays & Thursdays.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively engage prospects and build a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities across the UKI market.
  • Utilize various tools and strategies to identify and research potential prospects.
  • Drive outbound prospecting through emails, phone calls, and social selling to spark conversations and build interest in Staffbase's solutions.
  • Skillfully assess and qualify accounts based on their needs, challenges, and fit for Staffbase's offerings.
  • Clearly and persuasively communicate Staffbase's value proposition, tailoring your messaging to speak to the specific needs of HR, Internal Comms, and IT leaders.
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence, multi-threading across contacts and nurturing relationships to keep Staffbase top of mind.
  • Set up high-quality meetings for our Account Executive team and expand your reach within target accounts.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to drive pipeline sustainably.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Staffbase's evolving platform to position us effectively in every conversation.
  • Think creatively about how to improve the prospecting process and share feedback with Sales leadership regularly.

What you need to be successful

  • A growth mindset, hunter mentality, and genuine curiosity about building a career in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales, SDR, recruitment, or other prospect-facing role.
  • Goal-oriented and high-energy — you have a sense of urgency and love the chase.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • You're not scared of the phone. You roll up your sleeves and get into the day.
  • Coachable and open to being trained — you see feedback as fuel, not criticism.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to think analytically and creatively.
  • A team player who celebrates the wins of your colleagues as much as your own.
  • Business fluent English required; additional European languages a plus.

What you'll get

  • Competitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages including LTIP (unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan)
  • Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of £1356
  • Recharge - with 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August
  • Support - we’re offering a Company Pension with Salary Sacrifice option and Private Medical Insurance incl. Dental, life assurance as well as competitive Pay Parental Leave to support new parents
  • Volunteers Day - you’ll get one day off per year for supporting a social project
