We are looking for an Technical Lead – Longevity to join our Digital & Technology Transformation Team.

You will lead the technical direction and delivery of our longevity proposition across our mobile app, backend services, APIs and integrations. This is a hands-on role where you will solve complex technical challenges, guide engineers and ensure we build secure, reliable and scalable solutions.

The Role

• Significant software engineering experience, including experience as a Technical Lead or Engineering Lead.
• Experience leading engineers and setting technical direction across the full stack.
• Strong hands-on experience with mobile applications and backend services.
• Backend development experience using C# and .NET, ideally within Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations and scalable system architecture.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with backend and third-party services.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring and DevOps practices.
• A collaborative approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform, Azure integration services or scaling engineering teams and codebases would be advantageous.
