Role Summary
As an Employment Tax Director, you will act as a senior strategic advisor to multinational clients on employment tax and social security matters. You will lead complex client engagements, provide commercially focused solutions, drive business growth, and build strong relationships with executive stakeholders across HR, payroll, finance, and tax functions. You will also lead and develop teams while contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the Employment Tax practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice on employment tax, social security, compensation, benefits, and workforce compliance matters.
- Lead complex employment tax engagements, risk reviews, audits, and remediation projects.
- Advise clients on employer reporting, withholding, governance, and compliance obligations.
- Develop and implement employment tax strategies aligned with business and workforce objectives.
- Identify and mitigate employment tax risks through practical and commercially focused solutions.
- Advise on contingent workforce compliance, governance, and operating models.
- Monitor legislative developments and communicate implications to clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive business development, identify growth opportunities, and support revenue generation.
- Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated workforce solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop employment tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Contribute to practice leadership, innovation, thought leadership, and market growth initiatives.

- This is a hybrid role that requires you to be in our London office three days a week.
