  • Track and report on waste diversion, landfill reduction, and recycling rate KPIs
  • Support Bin It Right programme with data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Coordinate with FM teams on waste data completeness and quality
  • Produce waste/soft services data outputs for client-facing governance updates

Building Performance & Energy (BPE) Data Management

  • Manage BPE data collection and automation
  • EUI gap analysis for top 41 EMEA sites
  • BPE automation implementation and ongoing maintenance
  • Support decarbonisation audit data preparation and scheduling
  • Compliance & Governance Reporting Support
  • Support corporate reporting objectives – management information on utilities and environmental impact

ESG compliance reporting data preparation

  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports tailored to client-specific requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy and audit-readiness for all governance submissions
  • Track and communicate success stories with supporting data/evidence

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Develop and enhance systems and processes for delivering best practice sustainability performance
  • Leverage client tools and in-house JLL tools for data management and reporting
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort
  • Work closely with Performance Optimisation Manager to adjust processes where data insights indicate needed focus or calibration
  • Support SOPs for dashboard and reporting maintenance
