You will be responsible for ensuring acquired businesses, assets, systems, processes, and teams are successfully integrated while maintaining business continuity and delivering long-term value for customers, employees, and stakeholders.

As Digital Realty continues to grow through both organic expansion and acquisitions, you will play a key role in driving integration activities from transaction close through full operational integration, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, governance requirements, and value realization objectives.

What You'll Do

Lead M&A Integration Programs

  • Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquisitions, strategic investments, and divestitures across EMEA.
  • Develop integration strategies, master plans, and execution roadmaps in partnership with business and functional leaders.
  • Drive Day 1 readiness, operational transitions, and long-term integration objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional integration activities across Finance, Operations, Technology, HR, Legal, Sales, and other key business functions.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate integration risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support Transition Services Agreement (TSA) planning, management, and exit activities where applicable.

Partner with Regional Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders across the EMEA region.
  • Align integration activities with regional growth strategies, operational priorities, and business objectives.
  • Support due diligence and pre-close planning efforts by identifying integration requirements, risks, and resource needs.
  • Build strong relationships across regional and global stakeholder groups to drive accountability and successful execution.
  • Lead organizational readiness, change management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the integration lifecycle.

Drive Governance & Execution

  • Execute integrations in line with enterprise integration methodologies and governance standards.
  • Lead governance forums, workstream reviews, and integration operating cadences.
  • Track integration progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and critical deliverables.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and visibility into integration performance and value realization.
  • Manage multiple concurrent integration initiatives across countries, business units, and functions.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of integration objectives.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading M&A integrations, transformation programs, or large-scale business initiatives.
  • Proven success managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and business functions.
  • Experience working directly with senior executives and regional leadership teams.
  • Strong program management, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within global, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen with the ability to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with post-merger integration, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures, or operating model transformations.
  • Experience designing governance frameworks and executive steering structures.
  • Background in data centers, digital infrastructure, technology, telecommunications, real estate, or related industries.
  • Experience working across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
  • MBA or other advanced business qualification.
