  • Fire and life-safety systems.
  • Data and communications rooms.
  • Cable containment and small power.
  • Parliament Pass required. Candidates with a current pass are preferred. If you have previously held a Parliament Pass and are keen to renew it, you are also welcome to apply.
  • Second-year electrical apprentice or above, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience working on commercial electrical sites.
  • ECS/CSCS card or equivalent.
  • Asbestos Awareness certificate.
  • Working at Heights certificate.
  • Good communication skills and basic IT literacy, including emails and marking up PDFs or drawings.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to commit to ongoing, long-term work.
  • Awareness of working within sensitive environments, such as live public buildings and heritage sites.

Pay and Working Hours

  • £144 – £180 per shift, depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Ongoing, long-term programme.
  • Out-of-hours work may be available at enhanced rates, but this is not part of the standard working schedule.
