Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Intern - in-house HR

We are looking for an

enthusiastic, highly organised and adaptable Diversity, Equity &

Inclusion (DEI) Intern to join our Group HR team in London for a

full-time, three-month paid internship in Autumn 2026. You will

work closely with our Global Director, DEI and support a range of global

DEI, culture, belonging and employee experience initiatives.

How you will create impact:

  • Supporting the planning, coordination and implementation of global DEI and belonging initiatives
  • Coordinating project activities, actions, timelines and follow-ups to help keep work on track
  • Preparing project plans, trackers, templates, guidance materials and other practical resources
  • Preparing clear, professional PowerPoint presentations, reports and briefing materials
  • Using Excel to organise and analyse information, maintain trackers and identify key themes or trends
  • Supporting the analysis of colleague feedback, survey findings and other people-related information
  • Setting up and maintaining clear shared project spaces, folder structures and collaboration channels to support communications, document management and ongoing coordination
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of online content and resources for colleagues
  • Conducting focused research into relevant workplace, people and DEI topics and summarising key findings
  • Supporting the coordination of meetings, workshops, events and other project activities
  • Working with colleagues across regions to gather information, coordinate inputs and support delivery
  • Supporting wider DEI and Global HR projects as required

Your profile:

  • We are interested in candidates who are looking to develop a career in Human Resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, People & Culture, employee experience or a related field
  • A strong academic background, including degree-level study – 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
  • Strong organisation, coordination and planning skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with data and identifying key themes or insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to managing information and tasks
  • The ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines and changing priorities
  • A flexible and adaptable approach
  • Confidence using digital collaboration tools and organising shared information so that documents, communications and project materials are easy to find and maintain
  • Sound judgement and sensitivity when working with confidential or people-related information
  • A genuine interest in people, DEI, culture and belonging

If your application is

shortlisted, you will be invited to an initial virtual interview with a member

of our recruitment team. Successful candidates will then progress to a

final-round interview.
