Delivery Obligation Analyst

You’ll be part of the Programme Assurance team, working closely with project managers, finance, and compliance specialists to keep delivery on track and aligned with agreed obligations. This role is essential to maintaining Heathrow’s reputation for operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you’ll help translate complex requirements into clear, actionable plans. Success in this role means providing accurate, timely analysis and insight that supports decision-making and ensures projects deliver on their promises. You’ll contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, helping Heathrow achieve its strategic goals while delivering value for passengers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor and track delivery obligations across major projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Analyse project data to identify risks, trends, and performance against obligations, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and dashboards for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions where obligations are at risk.
  • Support audits and assurance reviews by maintaining accurate records and evidence of compliance.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance obligation management and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools.
  • Experience in compliance, assurance, project governance or other regulated operational environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.

Ideally, you'll have the following

  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in aviation or infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams.

Working Location

Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
