Creator Outreach Manager

We build creator armies for top US D2C brands. We find creators, train them, get them posting daily, and turn their best videos into sales on TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Meta.

Our first community took a brand from $371K to $952K in GMV in 6 months. Our newest took a product from $0 to $20K days. We only take brands we can scale to $1M a month.

The role

You're the first voice a creator hears. You find them, win them over in 3 messages, and close them into the brand's Discord. This is a sales seat, not an admin job.

About 100 creators post daily today, and we want 1,000 by January 31, 2027. You're the front door.

What you'll do

• Send 50 to 100 first DMs a day on TikTok, Instagram, and email.
• Answer every reply within the hour, in the creator's own voice.
• Book and close calls with the creators worth one.
• Hand new joiners to our Discord Manager and make sure they post.
• Keep the lead list full by digging through niches, comment sections, and competitor tags.
• Post your numbers by 9 AM every day.

Your number is creators joined, and it's on the team scoreboard daily.

• Charming in DMs and texts, the kind of person people feel like they've known for years after 3 messages.
• A closer with numbers to prove it.
• Quick, sharp, and unscripted. You hear the objection behind the objection.
• Able to joke with a 19-year-old creator and email their manager in the same hour.
• Fast and precise. Names are spelled right every time.
• AI-native, low ego, and high output.
• Excellent at written and spoken English.

Bonus: you've done brand or agency DM outreach, run sales calls, know the TikTok Shop affiliate center, or been a creator yourself.
