Working across teams, you will build your knowledge of content management and product information platforms while contributing to a seamless and engaging digital customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and publish content across Burberry.com, supporting homepages, campaigns, navigation, product pages and customer-facing information.
  • Coordinate content updates and site launches by maintaining publishing schedules, preparing briefs and keeping delivery on track.
  • Collaborate with Content, Project Management, Design, Copy, SEO, Merchandising and wider Digital teams to deliver an engaging and commercially effective online experience.
  • Prepare, organise and upload digital content and assets, maintaining accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Support personalised content across key regions and carry out quality assurance across desktop and mobile to help create relevant, consistent customer journeys.
  • Complete pre-launch checks and identify, escalate and track website issues, working with Content and IT teams to support effective resolution.
