Construction Manager – KONE

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team at KONE.

You’ll take ownership of lift installation projects, making sure work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard, while supporting your team and building strong relationships with customers and contractors.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing lift installation projects from start through to completion
  • Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and site activities
  • Monitoring project timelines, quality and costs
  • Ensuring all work meets KONE's safety and quality standards
  • Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Identifying and resolving site or project challenges
  • Supporting and developing your team
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

What we’re looking for

  • Experience within construction, engineering or project delivery
  • Strong people and project management skills
  • Good understanding of health & safety and site operations
  • Confident communicating with customers, contractors and internal teams
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
