This is a hybrid role based in London with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What the day will look like
You will work closely with senior leaders and the wider communications team to deliver clear, engaging and high impact communications that support business priorities and colleague understanding.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver communication strategies aligned to business goals
- Translate complex topics into clear, engaging content across channels including digital, face to face and video
- Lead and support key internal events such as town halls, leadership forums and roadshows
- Create compelling content that connects colleagues to strategy and business priorities
- Support external communications activity where required, including social and media content
- Review and continuously improve communication channels using feedback and insight
- Collaborate with communications colleagues across the globe to align messaging and delivery

You will play a visible role within Aon’s UK Communications team, working directly with senior leaders and contributing to business critical initiatives.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Experience delivering communications within a complex or global organisation
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to engage different audiences
- Confident stakeholder management, including working with senior leaders
- Experience using a range of communication channels and formats
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver high quality work in a fast paced environment
