  • Follow quality and portion-control standards to deliver consistently high standards of food preparation.
  • Maintain a clean, neat and organised working environment, including food preparation equipment and utensils.
  • Follow effective food storage, stock rotation and labelling procedures, reporting food wastage or spoilage appropriately.
  • Work collaboratively and flexibly with fellow associates, supporting different kitchen areas when required and always keeping guest satisfaction at the heart of what you do.

Could This Be You?

  • You have a passion for food and are eager to develop your culinary knowledge and practical kitchen skills.
  • You take pride in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness and organisation.
  • You understand the importance of food safety and safe working practices in a professional kitchen.
  • You’re a collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships and supports colleagues.
  • You’re organised and attentive to detail, with an understanding of mise-en-place, food storage, stock rotation and portion control.
  • You bring a flexible and positive approach, ready to support the team wherever needed.

Our Benefits

  • Company pension scheme and life assurance
  • Enhanced sick pay policy
  • 12 complimentary room nights per year and F&B discount worldwide
  • Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave
  • Talent development opportunities
  • Involvement in Corporate Social Responsibility programmes and wellbeing activities

Our Commitment To You

At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations.
