We’re hiring a Client Outcomes Associate to support client relationships by owning critical post-sale project coordination, keeping deliverables on track, stakeholders aligned, and implementations moving forward.

The role (key responsibilities)

Here’s what this actually looks like day-to-day:

  • Coordinate post-sale delivery projects in partnership with Client Outcomes Managers.
  • Maintain media plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action items.
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings, capturing decisions, and driving follow-up.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to keep deliverables moving and resolve blockers.
  • Monitor project health and proactively flag risks, delays, or scope changes.
  • Keep clients informed with clear, timely status updates and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation using department workflows and internal systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the consistency and efficiency of the client experience.
  • Catch and troubleshoot errors proactively throughout each step in the process.

You’ll need (qualifications)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, client services, implementation, project coordination, account support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers while supporting a senior account owner.
  • Proactive and dependable, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Able to identify risks, ask the right questions, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Collaborative and comfortable coordinating across multiple internal teams.
  • Strong Excel and Office365 experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM, project-management, and collaboration tools.
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities may evolve.

What “good” looks like:

  • Clients experience an organized, responsive, and reliable post-sale process.
  • Project plans and client records are consistently accurate and up to date.
  • Milestones are met, action items have clear owners, and follow-ups do not fall through the cracks.
  • Account leads have strong visibility into project status, risks, and upcoming decisions.
  • Potential delays and blockers are identified early and escalated with useful context.
  • Over time, the associate independently owns increasingly complex delivery work.
