Cleaning Supervisor

Cleaning Supervisor, Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm,£15.70 per hour, Liverpool Street

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee cleaning operations within our organisation. This position involves managing a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff to enhance their performance and efficiency.
• Use machinery across the building
• Fill the employees timesheets
• Assist with Health and Safety operations incl. RAMS and COSHH
• Deal with strong personalities within the team
• Assist with the periodic works on some of the weekends

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as necessary.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices related to cleaning.

Salary: £15.70 per hour
