What the day will look like

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will manage a portfolio of high-profile clients and navigate complex Construction & Infrastructure claims with precision and expertise. You will:

• Own a portfolio of high-value Construction & Infrastructure claims from inception to resolution, delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.
• Give proactive advice and guidance on coverage issues to clients and Aon network offices, presenting and advocating the best strategy to settle and conclude claims.
• Communicate at the highest standard, working closely with clients, carriers, Aon brokers and all stakeholders to keep claims handling efficient.
• Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues, helping build a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulation and best practice to strengthen Aon's claims handling capabilities and risk mitigation.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Extensive Construction, Energy or Engineering claims handling experience, ideally gained in a reputable insurance, broking or adjusting organisation.
• Proven track record of managing sophisticated claims and delivering results in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of Construction insurance principles, policies and procedures.
• Impeccable administration and organisational skills.
• An ACII or ACILA qualification is preferred.
