At Vivat Bacchus, we celebrate heritage South African flavours through seasonal British produce, combining bold cooking, refined technique, and a deep respect for quality ingredients. Our kitchens are fast-paced, passionate, and rooted in consistency, creativity, and teamwork.

We are now looking for a Floating Chef de Partie to join our team on a full-time basis, working across both of our London Bridge and Farringdon restaurants. This role plays a key part in maintaining standards, supporting smooth service across both sites, and helping us prepare for continued growth and future openings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality, high-volume kitchen
• Confidence working across different sections and supporting multiple teams
• Strong consistency, organisation, and attention to detail under pressure
• A genuine passion for seasonal cooking and bold flavours
• A flexible, hands-on team player with strong communication skills
• Willingness to work across both London Bridge and Farringdon restaurants
