Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Create exceptional first impressions: Welcome guests upon arrival with a professional, friendly, and hospitable approach, assisting with luggage and ensuring a warm and seamless arrival experience.
• Build meaningful guest connections: Maintain regular contact with returning guests and visitors, recognizing opportunities to personalize service and enhance the guest experience.
• Manage guest arrivals and special requests: Coordinate luggage handling, respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, and assist with personalized requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support VIP and special event experiences: Stay informed about VIP arrivals and hotel events, providing elevated service and ensuring a smooth, memorable experience for all guests.
• Promote hotel services and amenities: Actively communicate hotel offerings, facilities, and programs to encourage guest engagement and maximize the overall guest experience.
