About Us

We know the title says - "About Us". But really, it’s all about you.

At Evinced, we believe the way to make a true difference starts with our team, people passionate about solving complex technical challenges and creating a positive impact.

Forget about the buzzwords, want to work on products that break barriers and build an inclusive digital space?

At Evinced, you’ll be developing disruptive new ways for large enterprises to build accessible web and mobile apps that work for everyone, by developing AI-enabled tools and frameworks that find, cluster, and track accessibility problems automatically, saving developers time and reducing risk.

Ready to make your impact on different products, the roadmap, and most importantly - on billions of people worldwide who experience disabilities?

It’s more than a job, it’s a mission.

Your Team

You’ll be Evinced’s first Business Development Representative in EMEA, based out of our London office and building the region’s outbound engine from the ground up. This is a foundational role: you’ll open net-new enterprise conversations across the UK and wider EMEA, generate qualified pipeline for our enterprise Account Executives, and help shape how Evinced goes to market in the region. Above all, this is a technical sale, you’ll be reaching engineering leaders, developers, and Accessibility teams, so you’ll learn to speak their language and show how Evinced fits into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering, and report directly to the Director of Sales, EMEA.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office, open to candidates in or around London.

Your Impact

  • Build and own the top of the EMEA sales funnel: research, prospect, and open net-new enterprise accounts across the UK and wider EMEA.
  • Run a disciplined outbound motion (personalized email, LinkedIn, calling, and social) to book qualified meetings for enterprise Account Executives.
  • Prospect into engineering, developer, and accessibility audiences, learning to speak credibly about how Evinced fits into CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and developer workflows.
  • Qualify opportunities against clear criteria and hand off clean, well-documented meetings to the AE team.
  • Map enterprise buying committees and multi-stakeholder accounts to find the right entry point.
  • Partner with Marketing on regional campaigns, and follow up on EMEA inbound as a secondary priority.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene: accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data.
  • Represent Evinced at EMEA industry events and help build the region’s presence.
  • Become a credible voice on digital accessibility, using it as a wedge into strategic accounts.
  • Help define the EMEA BDR playbook that future hires will ramp on.

Your Qualities

  • 1–3 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling into enterprise, this is the core of the role.
  • A proven track record of self-generated pipeline: you’ve hit and exceeded meeting/opportunity targets through your own prospecting, not just inbound follow-up.
  • Comfortable and credible prospecting into technical audiences (engineering, developers, DevOps), or a genuine appetite to learn a technical sale.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication: you can write a cold email that gets a reply and hold a confident first call.
  • Highly organized and CRM-disciplined; you manage a high volume of activity without dropping the ball.
  • Resilient, self-directed, and energized by building something from scratch in a fast-moving growth-stage environment.
  • Based in or around London and able to work hybrid from our London office.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus for EMEA coverage.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling developer tools, testing/quality, DevOps, CI/CD, or digital experience platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital accessibility (WCAG, ADA/Section 508, or the EU Accessibility Act) or the a11y ecosystem.
  • Hands-on with outbound tooling (Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism, or Apollo).
  • Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.).

This is a hybrid role based in our London office, and the first BDR hire for EMEA, a genuine ground-floor opportunity with a clear path toward AE or senior BDR as the region grows.
