Role Overview

Differentis is seeking a Business Analyst / Service Designer to support the redesign and improvement of Security Access Management services within a Higher Education environment. The role will focus on service design, process improvement, stakeholder engagement and operating model design to help shape future state services and user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
• Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process maps, service blueprints and customer journeys.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification and automation.
• Support the design of target operating models, governance and service catalogues.
• Produce business requirements, gap analysis and recommendations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and technology teams.

Requirements

• Proven Business Analyst or Service Designer experience.
• Higher Education experience required.
• Strong AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders.
• Service design, customer journey mapping and process improvement expertise.
• Knowledge of operating models and service management principles.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow is required.
