The Role

Asite is looking for two Business Analyst Interns to support our Product team on a live nuclear-sector project.

The interns will help review, document and analyse GBE-N requirements, working with Product colleagues to translate stakeholder needs into clear business and product outputs.

What you'll do

  • Support the gathering and documentation of business and user requirements.
  • Attend selected requirements meetings, workshops and internal discussions.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Create process maps for current and proposed workflows.
  • Review requirements against existing Asite functionality.
  • Identify gaps, dependencies, risks and areas requiring clarification.
  • Maintain a structured requirements tracker.
  • Support product demonstrations, walkthroughs and internal presentations.
  • Assist with testing and validating proposed solutions.
  • Produce a final summary of findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying, or recently graduated from, a STEM, technology, engineering or related discipline.
  • Interest in nuclear projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Able to organise complex information clearly.
  • Interest in business analysis, digital products, infrastructure or the nuclear sector.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and asking questions.
  • Previous Business Analysis or nuclear-sector experience is not required.
