  • Project Coordination & Governance: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of complex multi-stakeholder projects across technical functions, ensuring project deadlines and governance standards are maintained.
  • Process & Internal Controls Support: Support the team in monitoring and reviewing internal control activities, identifying operational efficiency bottlenecks, and helping optimize daily workflows.
  • KPI Tracking & Executive Reporting: Gather operational data, track key metrics, and prepare clear, high-impact PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across various business units, acting as an effective liaison to align technical operations with organizational goals.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Current student or recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or a related commercial field. A strong interest in understanding how engineering and operations function within a global banking environment is essential. No engineering background required.
  • Languages: Fluent English (C2) is mandatory. Knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian is highly valued.
  • Key Competencies: Exceptional organizational, structured thinking, and workload management skills. High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.PDF
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, KPI tracking, performance reporting) and PowerPoint (executive decks, project updates).

What You Will Gain

  • Global Banking & Operational Insights: Build a practical understanding of how project governance, internal controls, and engineering infrastructure support a major global financial organization.
  • Hands-On Governance & Project Experience: Direct involvement in multi-stakeholder project coordination, process improvement, and executive decision-support reporting.
  • Professional Growth & Networking: Broad exposure across multiple business units, collaborating with senior leadership in a fast-paced, international environment.

Important Requirements

  • Location: London
  • Right to Work: Applicants must possess a valid Right to Work (RTW) in the UK. Proof of eligibility will be required during the recruitment process.
