About the Role
As a Bell & Door Team Member, you will play a key role in shaping the guest journey, creating exceptional first and last impressions while delivering warm, personalised service throughout each stay. Acting as an ambassador for the hotel, you will support guests with their arrival, departure, and day-to-day needs, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests on arrival and departure, providing a warm, professional, and memorable experience.
- Assist with luggage handling, room escorting, and guest requests, ensuring a seamless stay from start to finish.
- Provide local recommendations and coordinate transportation, reservations, and other concierge-style services.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service while resolving enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Promote hotel facilities, services, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to revenue opportunities.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, organisation, and teamwork to support smooth hotel operations.
Skills & Knowledge
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service, with a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with guests and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm, proactive, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of the local area and a willingness to learn about hotel services, facilities, and guest experiences.
Salary - £26,500 per annum + service charge and benefits
