Bar Daskal is a sustainable wine and sherry Bar offering the best of Spanish produce and a selection of cold tapas in London. The product is purposefully simple yet refined and will be delivered entirely by our talented team from behind the bar. We also host a series Bar Daskal Maestros: bringing guests practical, edible, and drinkable masterclasses from their maestro friends in the industry.

The Bartender Role

• Experience working in a quality bar serving and preparing a great range of drinks
• Following opening and closing procedures
• Good knowledge of our drink’s menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
• Positive and welcoming personality
• Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
• Managing and exceeding guest expectations
• Strong command of English language
• Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
• Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
• Interest and love for Spanish food, drinks and culture
• Passion for the Hospitality Industry and your own development is a must
