Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the team at The London Coliseum, home of the English National Opera.

The London Coliseum is the largest theatre in the West End, welcoming around 2,300 people at full capacity. The venue's programme transitions from its acclaimed ballet season into the opera season before welcoming a major musical production. This season, the The Nutcracker will commence its run on 17 December 2026, followed by Romeo & Juliet during the ballet season, and then Legally Blonde The Musical, running from 22 March until 22 May 2027. These are temporary contract opportunities, offering the chance to be part of an exciting season of world-class productions.

We offer:

• £14.50 per hour, paid weekly
• Minimum 10h, Flexible Rota

About the Team Leader role:

• Lead and support the team to deliver excellent food and beverage service.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain food safety, health and safety, and licensing compliance.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve high performance.

Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
